Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group in Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media & Video Content Creator to craft engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels, including appearing on camera to represent the brand.

You will manage end-to-end content production—from concept to filming, editing and publishing—while collaborating with influencers and adapting content for UK, Europe and USA audiences in a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional social media/content experience.
• Hands-on experience producing social media video content.
• Confident on-camera appearance for brand videos.
• Experience filming content with smartphones and accessible gear.
• Advanced video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Social Media & Video Content Creator to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in social media content creation, video production, editing, and audience engagement, with the confidence to appear on camera and represent our brands across digital platforms.

The role will focus on creating engaging social media content, managing online communities, communicating with influencers and content creators, and developing content for our international audiences across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media, content creation, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience creating and producing social media video content.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera and speaking or presenting naturally in video content.
• Experience independently shooting and filming video content, particularly using smartphones and other accessible filming equipment.
• Strong video-editing skills with professional experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including short-form video formats, trends, audience engagement, and content performance.
• Experience creating content from concept development through to filming, editing, and publishing.
• Experience communicating with and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, or brand ambassadors.
• Strong understanding of online community engagement and social media audience management.

• Plan, shoot, and produce video content using smartphones, cameras, and other relevant equipment.
• Edit short-form video content for social media using mobile and desktop editing tools, including captions, transitions, music, graphics, and other creative elements.
• Manage the day-to-day content creation process, from developing ideas and filming through to editing, publishing, and reviewing performance.
• Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, audience engagement, and monitoring relevant trends.
• Manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and other social media interactions where appropriate.
• Communicate and follow up with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to support collaborations and content opportunities.
• Develop content that is relevant and engaging for audiences across different international markets, particularly the UK, Europe, and the USA.
• Monitor social media performance, including views, reach, engagement, audience growth, and other relevant metrics, and use insights to improve future content.
• Stay up to date with current social media trends, content formats, platform developments, and digital content creation practices.
