Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Social Media & Video Content Creator to join our expanding team. You will craft engaging content, shoot and edit videos, and represent our brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for international audiences.

The role requires hands-on video production, on-camera presence, and a deep understanding of social trends, with visa sponsorship and flexible work arrangements offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media, content creation, digital media, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating and producing social media video content.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera and speaking or presenting in video content.
• Experience independently shooting and filming video content, particularly using smartphones and accessible equipment.
• Strong video-editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including short-form formats and trends.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality social media content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, scripts, hooks, and formats based on trends and brand objectives.
• Appear confidently on camera and present, speak, and engage naturally in social media videos.
• Plan, shoot, and produce video content using smartphones, cameras, and other relevant equipment.
• Edit short-form video content for social media using captions, transitions, music, graphics, and other creative elements.
• Manage the day-to-day content creation process, from developing ideas and filming through to editing, publishing, and reviewing performance.
• Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, audience engagement, and monitoring trends.
• Manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions.
• Communicate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to support collaborations.
• Develop content for audiences across UK, Europe, USA, and the UAE.
