Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group in Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media & Video Content Creator to craft engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels, including appearing on camera to represent the brand.

You will manage end-to-end content production—from concept to filming, editing and publishing—while collaborating with influencers and adapting content for UK, Europe and USA audiences in a global team.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional social media/content experience.
Hands-on experience producing social media video content.
Confident on-camera appearance for brand videos.
Experience filming content with smartphones and accessible gear.
Advanced video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.
Develop content ideas, scripts, hooks based on trends.
Appear on camera and engage naturally in videos.
Plan, shoot, and produce video content with mobile devices and cameras.
Edit short-form videos with captions, transitions and music.
Manage the content creation process from idea to publishing.
Support publishing, scheduling, and audience engagement on social channels.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
Create content for audiences in UK, Europe, and USA.
Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve content.
Stay updated on trends and platform changes.
