Job Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media trends, content planning, community management, basic paid advertising, and performance analysis. The role requires someone who can develop engaging content ideas, coordinate with designers and content teams, manage publishing schedules, and continuously improve social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and clients.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create monthly social media content calendars.
• Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy aligned with each brand's tone.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for social media creatives.
• And also should have an ability to create content, videos and edit video independently.
• Schedule and publish content across different social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Build and maintain active social media communities.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Conduct competitor and industry research.
• Support the digital marketing team with Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, followers, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Work closely with SEO, paid media, content, design, and web development teams.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure content is delivered according to deadlines.
• Coordinate client approvals and implement feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok, and other major social platforms.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
• Strong content planning and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating social media content calendars.
• Understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
• Ability to analyze social media insights and campaign reports.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Agency experience will be an advantage.
• Experience managing social media accounts for UAE/GCC businesses is preferred.
• A portfolio of previously managed social media pages or campaigns is an advantage.
