Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to lead YouTube growth, create and edit compelling content, and manage publishing across platforms.

The role requires hands-on content development, strong analytics, and a keen eye for branding. You will work closely with in-house creatives and must be based in Dubai, available to join the office full-time immediately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing social media platforms, particularly YouTube.
• Strong understanding of what makes content perform, engage audiences, and gain traction online.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and editing.
• Excellent content planning, organisation, and management skills.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and detail.
• Ability to work quickly, proactively, and adapt to trends in real time.
• Comfortable managing and publishing content manually.
• Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Must be available to work full-time from our office.
• Must be available to start as soon as possible.

• Maintain strong visual, brand, and quality standards across all platforms.
• Post content manually when required.
