Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a social media specialist to manage client pages, respond to fans, and engage with users. The role focuses on enhancing public image across platforms and serving as the main contact between clients and customers.

You will help achieve KPIs, act as a subject matter expert on social platforms, and execute duties with general supervision, while communicating the company's mission effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relation, journalism or any relevant field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar post.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict handling skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office tools).
