Job summary

Springfield Properties in Dubai is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to energize our growing real estate brand. You will lead a team of content creators, shape the content strategy across platforms, and drive property-focused campaigns from concept to publish.

You'll plan Reels, Stories, and events, track performance, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with agents and the marketing team to produce engaging content that grows our online presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Experience leading or managing a content/creative team.
• Understands Reels, TikTok, Instagram and short-form video.
• Creative, proactive and highly trend-aware.
• Understands social media analytics and performance.
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
