Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube and X in the UAE. You will plan, create and publish engaging materials aligned with marketing strategy, capture photos/videos of food and events, and manage content calendars to drive brand awareness.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in social media for F&B, strong photography/videography, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a Food & Beverage brand.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.
• Experience creating short-form videos for Reels, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics and paid advertising.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
• Plan, create and publish engaging social media content aligned with marketing strategy.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, events and campaigns.
• Edit videos and photos for social media, advertisements and campaigns.
• Design creative graphics, menus, banners and digital assets.
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags and promotional copy.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on menu launches and events.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries.
