Job summary

Dr Joy Dental Clinic seeks a Social Media Specialist to boost its brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You will create content, write captions, and oversee calendars, collaborating with creative and commercial teams onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities include design/edit of graphics and videos, trend monitoring, and active engagement with followers to grow the community while aligning with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and copywriting with a portfolio of social media work.
• Ability to write engaging captions and adapt content tone for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Hands-on proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated skills in creating/editing graphics or short-form videos for social media.
• Experience reading and interpreting social media analytics (engagement, reach, CTR) to inform strategy.
• Track record of planning, managing, and executing content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Up-to-date awareness of platform trends, viral content, and algorithm changes.
• Strong community management skills: engagement with followers, handling DMs, and driving interaction.
