Job summary

Coco Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Specialist to join our on-site team in Dubai. This role goes beyond posting schedules: you will be on the restaurant floor capturing energy, creating engaging videos, working with influencers, and turning great moments into content that drives visits.

You will craft Instagram Reels and TikTok videos, cover busy nights and events, identify Dubai trends, and build authentic UAE engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong short-form video creation and editing skills.
• Experience with Instagram Reels and TikTok trends.
• Hospitality, F&B, nightlife or lifestyle content experience.
• Understanding Dubai influencer and creator landscape.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Willing to work selected evenings and weekends.
• Available immediately and visa sponsorship not required preferred.

Responsibilities

Coco Dubai is looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team.

This is NOT a desk-based role focused only on scheduling posts.

We're looking for someone who can be on the restaurant floor, capture the energy of the venue, create engaging videos, work with influencers and turn great moments into content that makes people want to visit Coco Dubai.

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok content
• Capture food, drinks, premium shisha, atmosphere and customer experiences
• Cover busy nights, live sports, Ladies' Night, events and weekend atmosphere
• Identify and adapt relevant Dubai social media trends
• Create lifestyle-driven content, not just promotional posts
• Engage with customers and encourage user-generated content
• Monitor comments and DMs and identify potential reservation enquiries
• Research and connect with Dubai-based creators
• Build relationships with micro-influencers
• Arrange and coordinate creator visits
• Track content, reach and engagement generated from visits
• Focus on authentic content and genuine UAE engagement

EXPECTED CONTENT OUTPUT

• Daily Instagram Stories
• 1 major content shoot session per week
• Organic content captured throughout restaurant operations

AED 6,000–8,000 per month/ depending on experience and portfolio

Monthly Performance Bonus

Up to AED 1,500

Performance will be measured based on:

• Views, reach and engagement
• Creator and influencer results
• Trackable reservation enquiries and footfall
• Creativity, innovation and new ideas

We believe results matter more than follower numbers — so follower growth alone will NOT determine performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate is a combination of:

CONTENT CREATOR + VIDEOGRAPHER + SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER + INFLUENCER COORDINATOR

You should:

• Have strong short-form video creation and editing skills
• Understand Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
• Have experience in hospitality, F&B, nightlife or lifestyle content
• Understand the Dubai influencer and creator landscape
• Be proactive, creative and comfortable interacting with people
• Be willing to work selected evenings and weekends when required
• Candidates who are immediately available and can join without requiring visa sponsorship will be preferred.
