Job summary
Coco Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Specialist to join our on-site team in Dubai. This role goes beyond posting schedules: you will be on the restaurant floor capturing energy, creating engaging videos, working with influencers, and turning great moments into content that drives visits.
You will craft Instagram Reels and TikTok videos, cover busy nights and events, identify Dubai trends, and build authentic UAE engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong short-form video creation and editing skills.
- Experience with Instagram Reels and TikTok trends.
- Hospitality, F&B, nightlife or lifestyle content experience.
- Understanding Dubai influencer and creator landscape.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Willing to work selected evenings and weekends.
- Available immediately and visa sponsorship not required preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok content.
- Capture food, drinks, shisha, atmosphere and experiences.
- Cover busy nights, events and weekend atmosphere.
- Identify and adapt Dubai social media trends.
- Engage with customers and encourage user-generated content.
- Monitor comments and DMs for reservation inquiries.
- Research Dubai-based creators and build influencer relationships.
- Arrange creator visits and track engagement.
- Focus on authentic UAE engagement content.
