Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing written and visual posts, capturing and editing short-form videos, and adapting content to different platforms. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and collaborate with the marketing and consultancy teams to highlight services, client success stories, and key insights about doing business in the UAE. The role also involves staying up to date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the company’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video production.
• Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and using scheduling or analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, engagement strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to research and translate complex information about UAE business setup into clear, accessible, and engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to maintain brand voice and visual consistency.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in a consultancy, professional services, or UAE market-focused role is a plus.
