Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research is seeking a content strategy lead to own Arabic digital content across social media and digital platforms. You will drive content production, audience growth analytics, and performance optimization with a high-output mindset.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital, and influencer marketing, with platform-native channel growth and strong editorial instincts. You will push teams for speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the content creator ecosystem; 3–5 years in content strategy, digital, influencer marketing.
• Platform-native growth of channels; deep understanding of mechanics.
• Strong editorial instinct; know what makes people stop scrolling.
• Data-literate and action-oriented; dashboards drive decisions.
• High-output mindset; shipping and testing are core.

Responsibilities

• Build a content distribution engine supporting 30–40 weekly posts.
• Define clip strategy hooks, thumbnails, titles, cut styles, post timing.
• Establish reporting that matters: retention, saves, shares, follower growth.
• Run weekly performance reviews with Programming and Production teams.
• Produce quick formats with on-the-spot editing capability.
