• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong document-review and data-validation skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process discipline. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate SME loan application forms and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and validity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
• Maintain accurate application records and update the loan management system throughout the processing journey.
• Support the preparation and communication of loan offers and related documentation to approved customers.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, acceptance of loan documentation, and completion of pre-disbursement requirements.
• Verify that all approval conditions and operational requirements have been fulfilled before initiating disbursement.
