Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a diligent Credit Operations Officer to support daily loan processing for Retail and Mortgage portfolios.

You will uphold service standards, implement improvements from customer feedback, ensure compliance, and assist with risk controls and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance/Banking with 0–2 years in Credit Operations and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance/Banking or equivalent
• 0 – 2 years practical experience in in Credit Operations
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day to day processing / delivery of loans Transactions and after sales activities ( Retail & Mortgage) with the primary purpose of meeting agreed service standards and maximising productivity of the team
• Responsible for Service Deliverability and adapting improvement / changes in line with the market / customer’s feedback for ensuring customer satisfaction
• Compliance of statutes and internal operational procedures for effective transaction control
• Adhere to parameters for Risk assessment and control functions for smooth & risk-free processing in operating environment
• Provide appropriate reliving duties and support for others within the department
• Filing of original loan documents
