Job summary

Moody’s Dubai is seeking an Associate Director - Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale lending technology implementations for clients in the Middle East. You will oversee prioritization, planning, and cross-functional execution across the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and governance compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep lending tech experience, and hands-on AI delivery know-how.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in financial software or fintech.
• Delivery experience of SaaS/hosted software solutions.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Excellent English communication, Arabic a bonus.
• Proven ability to lead client-focused delivery and motivate teams.
• Experience with lending tech and risk management is valued.
• Hands-on delivery with Generative/Agentic AI in projects.
• Ability to apply AI-powered tools while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale lending technology projects across the Middle East.
• Prioritize, plan, and manage projects within a portfolio.
• Coordinate teams and resources across the project lifecycle.
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks, escalating as needed.
• Ensure governance guidelines from the PMO are followed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Services.
• Support pre-sales activities from a services perspective.
