Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking an experienced SME Lending Operations professional to join our banking operations team. You will review loan applications, ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards, and coordinate across Sales, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Finance to drive timely processing.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, onboarding customers, disbursing loans, and managing post-disbursement changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, accounting, or related field.
Experience in banking operations, lending ops, financial services, or fintech.
Understanding of SME lending processes, KYC, and AML.
Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
Ability to manage multiple applications with tight turnaround times.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience using loan origination or loan management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and validate SME loan application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure timely processing.
Perform operational checks and controls in accordance with approved policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate application records and update the loan management system.
Support the preparation and communication of loan offers to approved customers.
Coordinate customer onboarding and verify pre-disbursement requirements.
Execute loan disbursements accurately within agreed turnaround times.
Handle post-disbursement maintenance, including repayment schedule changes and payment follow-ups.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within SME Lending Operations.
