Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the Middle East is seeking a Smart Plant Consultant to lead or contribute to high‑impact transformation programs across manufacturing, energy, logistics and process industries.

You will design and deliver solutions in Industrial 4.0 domains, collaborate with data engineers and architects, manage client relationships and present recommendations to C‑level stakeholders, while building business cases and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or industrial transformation.
• Expertise in at least two of: Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, MES, digital twins, IoT/OT-IT integration, operational excellence.
• Experience designing or implementing manufacturing transformation programs (Lean Six Sigma, digital enablement).
• Strong understanding of production processes, asset management and plant operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading or contributing to end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnostic and strategy to implementation.
• Designing and delivering solutions in areas such as Industry 4.0, smart plant, and insights for intelligent industry.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, architects and domain experts.
• Managing client relationships, facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
• Developing business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Executing workstreams, conducting analyses and supporting delivery.

Smart Plant Consultant

Your Role

As part of Capgemini Invents Intelligent Industry team in the Middle East you will work on high-impact transformation programs for leading industrial clients across manufacturing energy logistics and process industries across specific profiles.

Your role will vary based on your experience level but will generally include:

• Leading or contributing to end-to-end consulting engagements - from diagnostic and strategy to implementation.
• Designing and delivering solutions in one or more of the following areas:
  • Supply Chain: e.g. visibility planning optimisation S&OP
  • Smart Plant: e.g. Industry 4.0 IoT MES digital twins
  • Insights for Intelligent Industry: e.g. AI/ML use cases predictive models operational intelligence
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers architects and domain experts
• Managing client relationships facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to C-level stakeholders
• Developing business cases roadmaps and implementation
• Executing workstreams conduct analyses and support delivery

Skills Required

Must-have:
