Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Manager for its SkyCargo portfolio in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive value through Agile practices, and partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver impactful cargo technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
Extensive experience in Airline Cargo product management and cargo platforms development.
Deep cargo domain expertise with ability to model business capabilities and ecosystems, leveraging AI where relevant.
Certified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Agile Product Management (APM), or equivalent Agile certification.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with TPOs, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future PIs, prioritising backlogs by business value and capacity.
Lead a team of TPOs to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management to balance backlogs for scalable, UX-friendly products.
Ensure DNs, NFRs, and system enablers are reflected in team backlogs.
Participate in Sprint demos and PI demos to drive adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Maintain data quality and integrity in the Product Catalogue for your Product.
Define methods to analyse target metrics post-PI to drive value and adoption.
Develop and mentor TPOs and contribute to learning and development.
