Job summary

exotiColors By MAYSARi in Dubai is hiring 2 Beauty Advisors (Retail Sales Associates) for our skin care and cosmetics stores. This is a full-time, in-store sales role.

You will welcome customers, assess skincare needs, and recommend products while driving monthly sales targets. Candidates must be based in the UAE with 1–2 years retail experience, English fluency, and comfort with POS systems. Benefits include medical insurance and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
• Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advise customers on health & beauty and skincare products and explain usage.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished, and in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.
