exotiColors By MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Retail Sales Associate) for its skin care and cosmetics stores. You will welcome customers, assess their needs, and recommend products to enhance their look while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

This full-time, in-store role offers base pay, uncapped commissions, medical insurance, and UAE benefits. You will work retail shifts, including weekends, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets in a high-end

Qualifications

Currently based in the UAE.
1–2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty, skin care or cosmetics.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer profiling.
Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
Comfortable working toward monthly sales targets.
Basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
English fluency; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
