Job summary

GMG Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a sales-focused professional to manage all sales activities, lead generation, and client engagement for skincare and nutrition lines. You will implement marketing and sales plans, forecast sales, and negotiate with customers to secure orders.

The role requires at least 1 year of skincare/nutrition sales experience and a pharma background, with strong English and Arabic/Tagalog communication skills. Expect regular client visits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Selling Skills.
• Must have minimum of 1 year sales experience with Skincare and nutrition category.
• Must be from Pharma background.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities, including lead generation and implementation of the sales plan.
• Identify potential customers and achieve sales targets aligned with unit goals.
• Provide sales forecasts and inform brand/category teams for required actions.
• Visit customers to take orders, confirm delivery details, and check stock levels.
• Maintain records, generate reports on enquiries, trends and conversions.
• Promote the business to new and existing clients and secure repeat business.
