Qualifications

• 5+ years as foreman or supervisor in construction/tiling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with tile installation, plastering, skim coating and painting
• Ability to plan daily schedules and supervise crews
• Familiarity with site measurements for billing
• Must be currently in UAE

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and monitor daily productivity
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks
• Report employee productivity daily
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing
• Communicate with client regarding billing
• Ensure proper use of tools and ensure safety on site
