Job summary

Speed Rays Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to supervise and manage site activities related to tile installation, wall plaster, skim coating and painting. The role includes planning daily work schedules, allocating tasks, and reporting productivity to ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Tile installation, wall plaster, skim coating and painting.
Must currently be in UAE.
Drivers License Preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise workers
monitor daily productivity and ensure quality standards
Plan daily work schedules
allocate tasks and monitor progress
Report and record employee productivity daily
Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities for billing purposes
Communicate with client for billing and Quality
Ensure proper use of tools equipment and materials to minimize wastage
Ensure safety on site
Strong experience in Tile installation, wall plaster, skim coating and painting.
Strong experience managing and leading labor teams to deliver high productivity.
