Job summary

Emirates Panel Company Trading LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities in Dubai. You will support Project Engineers, lead safety inductions, and ensure adherence to HSE policies while coordinating deliveries and maintaining accurate daily time sheets.

Ideal candidates possess a UAE driving license, strong planning skills, and excellent teamwork and English communication abilities. On-site role with responsibility for safety and site operations.

Qualifications

• First aid training is required and active.
• Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.
• Good spoken and written English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Assist Project Engineers with site tasks and monitoring.
• Report daily project progress and maintain time sheets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate material deliveries.
• Maintain records for site reports and safety procedures.
• Provide emergency first aid if required and enforce site rules.
• Review Baseline plans with Project Engineer and liaise with third parties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Engineer or Operations Manager.
