Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower effectively based on instructions from the Site Engineer.
• Manage and monitor materials and tools received from the project store.
• Coordinate with other project activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise the project execution team to maintain optimal productivity.
• Plan material requirements and communicate needs to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship in all project tasks.
• Minimize material waste and reduce unproductive time for skilled/semi-skilled workers.
• Enforce compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and measures.
• Track and oversee work progress to meet the project schedule.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of project systems.
