Job summary

Emirates Panel Company Trading LLC is seeking an experienced HSE professional to create, implement, and update safety programs across our Dubai sites, ensuring compliance with government health and safety regulations and company standards.

You will conduct safety audits, lead on-site trainings, investigate incidents, coordinate with Dubai Civil Defense and authorities, and maintain safety documentation to drive continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Safety.
• NEBOSH and/or IOSH certificates.
• Knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling and inspection.
• First Aid, Fire Warden, Environmental training, Ergonomics, Rescue training.
• 5+ years in construction, UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update site safety programs.
• Conduct safety audits and site inspections.
• Train staff on health and safety policies.
• Coordinate with authorities for permits and licenses.
• Investigate incidents and manage workers' compensation.
• Maintain safety documentation and reports.
