Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee daily on-site interior fit-out operations in the UAE. You will supervise joinery, gypsum, civil, glass, MEP and HVAC works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, client specs, and Dubai safety regulations.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, manage material and manpower, conduct quality checks, and support with snag lists and handover documentation.

Job description

The Fit-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing day-to-day interior fit-out operations on-site The role ensures that all joinery MEP civil and finishing works are executed to the highest quality standards on schedule and in full compliance with approved drawings client specifications and Dubai safety regulations

Site Execution Supervision

Directing day-to-day fit-out activities joinery gypsum civil glass painting MEP and HVAC ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings and proactively resolving on-site issues

Coordination Communication

Serving as the primary on-site liaison for client representatives building mall management authority inspectors and consultants Coordinating with subcontractors and updating the Project Manager

Material Manpower Management

Preparing site Bill of Materials BOM verifying deliveries allocating workforce according to schedules and managing multi-trade schedules to eliminate clashes and delays

Quality Control Finishing

Conducting inspections on workmanship especially in-house executed works resolving defects and ensuring finishing standards prior to handover

Design Technical Support

Spotting discrepancies between site conditions and drawings and coordinating with design drafting teams to resolve technical issues

Health Safety Compliance

Enforcing Dubai safety regulations and site protocols maintaining a safe working environment and conducting regular toolbox talks

Reporting Documentation

Maintaining daily site reports progress manpower inventory tracking delay logs and assisting with snag lists and final handover documentation

Experience:

5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or Joinery Site Supervisor in the UAE/GCC region.Strong hands-on understanding of HVAC, MEP systems, joinery details, and civil/architectural finishes.
