Role Description

The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned project locations. The role includes planning and organizing work schedules, assigning tasks to technicians and workers, and monitoring progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The Site Supervisor coordinates materials, tools, and equipment, manages site documentation, and communicates regularly with project managers and clients regarding status, issues, and changes. The role also involves enforcing health and safety procedures, conducting site inspections, resolving on-site problems, and supporting the training and guidance of team members. The Site Supervisor is expected to maintain a professional work environment and represent the company positively at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess experience supervising technical service or construction sites, with strong skills in planning, coordination, and team leadership.
• Candidates should possess skills in site documentation, reporting, and basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools).
• Candidates should possess knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to site operations in the United Arab Emirates.

• Relevant technical diploma or certification in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred; prior UAE experience in a similar role is an advantage.
