Job summary

SUPERBOT (BOT) seeks an experienced SRE to join our platform engineering team in Dubai. You will own reliability across critical services, define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, and reduce MTTR through incident management.

Build cloud infrastructure on AWS with Terraform, scale our Kubernetes platform, and strengthen end-to-end observability with Prometheus and Grafana. You will accelerate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) and partner with engineers as an internal reliability advisor, embedding

Qualifications

4+ years in an SRE/DevOps or platform engineering role with production ownership.
Hands-on Kubernetes experience in a production environment.
IaC fluency with Terraform (or Pulumi) across AWS.
Observability stack experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
Scripting or programming for automation (Python/Go/Bash).

Responsibilities

Own reliability across critical services, define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and drive down MTTR.
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
Scale and optimize our Kubernetes-based container platform.
Strengthen observability with dashboards and alerting; reduce noise.
Accelerate CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, safe deployments.
Partner with engineering as a reliability advisor and run game days.
