Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Dubai to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of distributed systems.

You will champion observability using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and ELK, manage Kubernetes clusters, Terraform and AWS, and drive CI/CD automation and incident response.

Strong scripting in Python/Bash/Go and experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Aurora/RDS are valued, along with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in site reliability engineering to improve availability and performance.
• Strong observability and monitoring using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.
• Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, incident response and RCA.
• Familiarity with AIOps, SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and proactive reliability.
