Job summary

ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION & RECONSTRUCTION CO. LLC seeks an experienced QA QC Engineer to ensure construction activities, materials, and completed works meet drawings, specs, quality standards, and client requirements.

The role emphasizes implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with project teams to resolve quality issues on civil and building projects.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, inspections, and documentation.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or civil construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality control plans across construction projects.
• Conduct inspections of construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review material submittals, method statements, inspection and test plans, and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project, site, consultant, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA/QC records throughout the project.
• Monitor testing and inspection activities for civil, structural, and building works.
• Support internal and external quality audits and client inspections.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project quality requirements and applicable standards.
