Caterpillar is seeking a seasoned Site Performance Director to lead a high-impact team across the EAME region. The role focuses on optimizing mining fleet performance, driving equipment availability, reducing cost per ton, and delivering operational excellence at large sites.

You will work with customers, dealers, and internal teams to implement performance improvements, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership in a matrix organization.

Formación

• 15 years of professional experience in mining operations and fleet performance management.
• Proven senior leadership experience including team management and strategic decision-making.
• Extensive field-based exposure in mining environments.
• Strong background in service operations, condition monitoring, and dealer development.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
