Job summary

Electra in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site and workshop electrical installations, maintenance, and commissioning for events and GCC projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, reading drawings and coordinating with site teams in Ras Al Khaimah.

You will manage electricians and technicians, enforce local codes, supervise testing and handovers, and mentor staff while maintaining a safe, organised workspace.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision (events, exhibitions, fit-out, or construction).
• Proven experience in supervising electricians and electrical technicians.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, load schedules, and layouts.
• Knowledge of temporary and permanent power systems.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities at the workshop and project sites. The role ensures that electrical work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.

The Electrical Supervisor will lead electricians and technicians, coordinate with site and technical teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Operations

• Supervise daily activities of electricians and technicians on-site and in the workshop.
