Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in the UAE seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead all on-site construction activities for commercial and tourism-related projects, from planning through handover. You will ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget discipline while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years in the UAE, managing commercial building projects.
• Proven experience in high-end finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and QHSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, QHSE standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.

Role Summary
