Job summary

AMIT International Group is seeking a Site Supervisor/Manager – Projects & Maintenance in Dubai, UAE. The role oversees construction supervision, maintenance operations, and AMC contract management for warehouse buildings and related projects.

Candidate to coordinate contractors, vendors, and management, review drawings, prepare estimates, and ensure quality and safety on site. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Competitive salary with accommodation/allowance per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in civil engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience in UAE/GCC preferred.
• Capable of supervising construction and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities per drawings and specs.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality, and HSE on site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports with photos for management.
• Prepare work estimates, BOQs, and material requisitions.
