Wood in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified Inspection Coordinator to support EPC/PMC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will coordinate site inspections, manage documentation, and liaise with clients, contractors, and inspectors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 8+ years in Oil & Gas, with experience in EPC/PMC inspection activities, vendor coordination, and preparation of inspection registers and POs.

We are seeking a qualified Inspection Coordinator to support EPC/PMC projects across the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves site inspection coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering with professional qualifications and accreditation relevant to the role.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Previous experience in inspection coordination activities within EPC/PMC projects.
Experience with vendor inspection requirements and third‑party coordination.
Ability to prepare and maintain inspection registers, material release registers, and notification registers.
Experience in preparing Master Project POs, inspection look‑ahead schedules, and Pre‑inspection and Factory Acceptance Test plans.
Mechanical experience preferred, with NDT Level II and Welding knowledge.
Knowledge of CWI or CSWIP preferred; Electrical/equipment knowledge also advantageous.
