Job summary

Penta Global Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Engineer with 6+ years of experience for an Oil & Gas/EPC project. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, with proven ability to manage resources, review drawings, and prepare progress reports for client and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in engineering relevant to discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of site engineering experience on oil & gas/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities per drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors and management for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment on site.
• Ensure activities follow project specs, drawings, ITPs, and ADNOC requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, productivity and quality.
• Identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant teams.
• Review drawings, technical documents and procedures before execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW and site safety procedures.
• Coordinate with client/consultant reps and support inspections, testing, commissioning, handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client/Consultant representatives and support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering relevant to the discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of Site Engineering experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
• Strong experience in site execution, construction supervision, and project coordination.
• Good knowledge of Oil & Gas construction standards, drawings, specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Experience with ADNOC projects will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and work effectively under project deadlines.
