Job summary

Innovo Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Plumbing MEP Site Engineer to support site activities, verify installations against drawings and specifications, and maintain technical records.

You will conduct site walks, assist inspections, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure HSE compliance, and contribute to value creation by adopting modern tools and processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of plumbing MEP site experience.

• 2–4 years of plumbing MEP site engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Verify plumbing installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct routine site walks to identify and flag deviations from approved design intent.
• Prepare inspection request documentation and support consultant inspections.
• Coordinate access and readiness of work areas ahead of scheduled inspections.
• Maintain plumbing site technical records and progress reports.
• Update as-built markups and pipework/fixture submittal logs for assigned scope.
• Liaise with plumbing subcontractor foremen to sequence installation works with other trades.
• Escalate site queries and clashes to the Senior Site Engineer (Plumbing) for resolution.
• Support quality checks on completed plumbing works prior to handover for inspection.
• Ensure site personnel comply with HSE procedures during plumbing installation activities.
• Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
• Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Minimum 2–4 years of plumbing MEP site engineering experience
