Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Plumbing Engineer (MEP) to oversee full project lifecycles from design to site supervision in Dubai. You will manage design scope, coordinate across consultants and contractors, and supervise labour deployment across multiple sites while ensuring schedule, cost and quality adherence.

The role requires UAE-based experience, full-cycle project delivery, and strong AutoCAD skills; driving license and PMP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE-based experience in MEP or EPC projects.
• Must have completed at least one full project cycle (2+ years).
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering with strong technical depth.
• Familiarity with BOQs, contracts and technical clauses.
• Hands-on procurement, site execution and labour deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design scope and specifications for assigned MEP projects.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams for alignment.

• Maintain documentation related to materials approvals and contractor performance.
• Use AutoCAD for design markups and as-built documentation.
• Monitor project costs, risks and performance; raise early warnings.
• Interpret contracts and support legal/commercial teams on compliance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are enforced at every site.

About the Role

Our client a well-established MEP contracting firm in the UAE is seeking a Plumbing Engineer (MEP) to oversee the full project lifecycle from design and planning to execution and site supervision.

The ideal candidate is already based in the UAE has completed full-cycle MEP or EPC projects and is capable of managing multiple sites consultant coordination and contractor teams. This is a client-facing role requiring technical depth leadership and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design scope and specifications for assigned MEP projects.
• Oversee project planning procurement and execution across multiple construction sites.
• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment at all stages.
• Supervise the deployment of labour and site supervisors across up to 7 simultaneous projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to materials approvals and contractor performance.
• Use AutoCAD for design markups project schematics and as-built documentation.
• Monitor project costs risks and performance; raise early warnings for delays or cost overruns.
• Interpret contracts and technical clauses; support the legal and commercial team on compliance.
• Ensure health & safety standards are enforced at every site and stage of the project.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience (8 years preferred) in MEP or EPC projects.
• Must have completed at least one full project cycle (minimum 2-year duration).
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and general project design tools.
• Familiarity with contract interpretation BOQs and technical clauses.
• Hands-on experience in procurement site execution and labour deployment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent construction sites and field teams.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE with stable career history.
