Job summary

MediaSource FZC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Engineer to support delivery of infrastructure and facilities projects in a large-scale, 24/7 environment. You will coordinate on-site activities, supervise contractors, and help ensure schedules, budgets, quality, and safety requirements are met.

Working closely with the Project Manager, contractors and operational teams, you will monitor progress, prepare reports, manage permits and inspections, and contribute to project close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience in large-scale, complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate on-site activities with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against plans, specs, and schedules.
• Assist in project execution plans and documentation.
• Monitor progress against budget and quality requirements.
• Identify and elevate risks to the project management team.
• Support close-out activities including inspections and handover.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
