Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day installation of ductwork, dampers, FCUs, and piping for residential and commercial projects in Sharjah.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and project schedules on site. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (attested MOFA) and 4+ years of UAE MEP site experience, with 4–7 years in UAE contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (attested MOFA).
• 4+ years MEP site experience.
• 4–7 years in UAE MEP contracting supervising HVAC installations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation of galvanized ductwork dampers FCUs and extract fans on site.
• Oversee pipe jointing, welded grooved, threaded bracket spacing, expansion loops and valve packages.
• Conduct preliminary smoke tests for ductwork and hydrostatic pressure tests for chilled water piping; inspect vapor barrier Seals.
• Accompany consultant inspectors on site walkthroughs for WIR approvals and rectify snags.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supervise daily installation of galvanized ductwork dampers flexible ducts diffusers FCUs and extract fans
• Oversee pipe jointing welded grooved threaded bracket spacing expansion loops and valve packages
• Conduct preliminary smoke tests for ductwork and hydrostatic pressure tests for chilled water piping inspect vapor barrier seals
• Accompany consultant inspectors on site walkthroughs for WIR approvals and immediately rectify identified snags

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 4+ years MEP site experience.

Required Industry & Project Background:

4–7 years in UAE MEP contracting supervising HVAC installations on residential, high-rise, or villa projects.
