Job summary

competent engineering construction llc is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Piling to oversee piling and foundation operations across multiple projects in the UAE. You will plan resources, monitor progress, and manage senior site teams to ensure efficient execution and adherence to drawings and specifications.

The role requires 10+ years in piling/foundation with at least 5 years in a managerial/operations capacity, and a proven ability to lead large teams while maintaining high HSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in piling, foundation, or civil construction.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial/operations role in piling.
• Strong knowledge of bored piling, CFA, driven piling, shoring, secant piling, and related foundation works.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large teams.
