Job summary

Key responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with site teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring materials and manpower availability. A valid UAE driving license and 5 years UAE experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and site supervision capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.
• Valid UAE Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and ensure site execution accordingly.
• Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works.
• Ensure quality control and HSE compliance on site.
