Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering, technical or project controls qualification.
• Experience in construction document control and project planning.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.
• Power or infrastructure project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and construction document control processes.
• Maintain document registers, revisions and submission tracking.
• Support preparation and updating of construction schedules.
• Monitor progress and maintain planning records.
• Coordinate technical document distribution among project stakeholders.
• Assist with project progress reports and handover documentation.
