Job summary
SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for construction supervision on a major renewable energy project in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. Qualifications
- Relevant engineering or HSE qualification.
- Significant HSE management experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary site activities.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety practices.
- Relevant professional HSE certifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project HSE compliance and contractor safety performance.
- Review HSE plans, risk assessments and method statements.
- Conduct site safety audits and inspections.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with applicable UAE HSE requirements.
- Prepare HSE performance reports and support safety meetings.
