Job summary

Gulf is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our project team in Dubai for a High-Rise Tower project. The role focuses on supervising on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and QA/QC teams, and ensuring works meet drawings, specifications, and method statements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 6–8 years of relevant high-rise construction experience, and a solid understanding of RCC, reinforcement, formwork and concrete works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience in High-Rise Tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works reinforcement formwork and concrete works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good coordination with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC and MEP teams.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and Method Statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors QA/QC MEP and other project teams.
• Monitor progress and quality of works.
• Review drawings and coordinate technical requirements.
• Report site progress and technical issues to the Project Engineer / Construction Manager / civil engineer.
