Overview

We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to join our construction supervision team located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Details

• Job Title: Site Architect
• Experience: 14–18 years (must have UAE-based)
• Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Notice Period: 15-20 days or Immediate
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED 15,000.00 - AED 16,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Following up site construction according to contract drawings and technical specifications.
• Checking and commenting on Contractors' shop drawings and answering RFIs.
• Studying and analyzing various finishing material submittals and sample materials.
• Resolving site coordination problems between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Revising design drawings and architectural details.
• Representing the site team in meetings with the Client for progress and technical details.
• Supervising site works including issuing site instructions and NCRs.
• Reviewing material submittals, method statements, and specifications.
• Site inspections for finishing work regarding specifications.
• Reporting to the Resident Engineer on progress, design, quality, and site issues.
• Checking proposed design drawings and other related detailed drawing accuracy prior to release for construction.
• Monitoring quality of executed works on site.
• Ensuring coordination with project stakeholders from conception through development to final product.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive reporting system and liaising with the Client.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 14 years of related experience.
• Must have engineering consultancy experience.
• Sound knowledge of site procedures.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations, with a focus on compliance and safety standards.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure to resolve site challenges effectively.
