Al-Futtaim Group invites experienced Emirati managers to apply for the Sinyar Leader Program (SLP), an 18-month leadership development journey designed to prepare high-potential professionals for broader business and enterprise leadership responsibilities.

The program supports the transition from operational people management to enterprise-level leadership through strategic exposure, structured development, executive guidance and practical business execution.

Qualifications

• Be eligible under the Emiratization requirements of the program.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of total professional experience.
• Possess at least 2 years of people-management experience.
• Have managed a team consisting of at least 2 employees.
• Demonstrate readiness to progress from operational management toward broader enterprise leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Leadership: Build the capabilities needed to move from managing operational teams toward understanding and contributing to wider business priorities.
• Strategic Direction: Strengthen the ability to evaluate business challenges, understand strategic priorities and contribute to broader organizational direction.
• Business and Value Acumen: Develop a stronger understanding of business value and how leadership decisions contribute to organizational outcomes.
• Leadership Influence: Enhance the ability to influence stakeholders and contribute effectively beyond direct reporting relationships.
