Landmark Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead Shukran’s marketing strategy across the GCC, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty through ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing within retail or loyalty, deep GCC market knowledge, and a track record of delivering measurable campaigns. You’ll collaborate with Content, Data, CRM, and Digital Performance teams to boost app usage and member activity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing; GCC retail/loyalty experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across channels.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and data-led marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead GCC marketing strategy for Shukran.
• Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Collaborate with content, data, CRM, and digital teams.
